Overall results
This election saw the number of Members increase from 60 to 96. The following chart sets out how many seats were won by each party:

Vote share
As the number of Senedd Members, voting system and constituencies have changed since the 2021 election, it’s not possible to directly compare changes in seats won and vote share.

Turnout
Turnout at this election was 51.6%. This compares to 46.6% at the 2021 election. This is the highest turnout at any Senedd election.
